OCS Launches New Benefits Scheme for Staff with Personal Group

OCS has launched a new employee voluntary benefits scheme to its 24,000 UK based staff, in conjunction with leading employee benefits provider, Personal Group.
The voluntary scheme has multiple channels for accessing the discounts including phone, internet, text and reloadable cards. It will allow OCS employees to benefit from thousands of discounts and cash-back offers on a range of goods and services, from high street shopping and dining to travel and entertainment.
News of the benefits scheme will reach all staff through a targeted communication plan which will include booklets containing individual unique key fobs, internal articles, posters and announcements on payslips.
Ian O’ Sullivan, Head of Reward at OCS, said of the new scheme: “In the service industry, it is crucial that we have a stable and happy workforce.
