Lexington Catering Best in Class

Lexington Catering is celebrating after an outstanding display from its chefs at the NEC Hospitality Show 2015 (19th – 21st January 2015).

The Lexington chefs competed across two days in the Lexington Superfood Challenge, the Elior Street Food Challenge and the Tilda Young Chef of the Year competition. Between the brigade of chefs they scooped a Gold, three Silver and one Bronze and three Best in Class, as well as first year apprentice, Krishan Makol being named the Tilda Young Chef of the Year.

Apprentice – Gold, Best in Class and named Tilda Young Chef of the Year
