BRACKNELL, England, xx June 2007; Honeywell (NYSE:HON) today announced the launch of its latest Technical Solutions Guide for security professionals and specifiers.
Published by Honeywell’s Building Solutions business, the guide is the second in a series of publications offering design tips to steer new and experienced industry professionals towards best working practices. Supplementing the expert advice, it contains a comprehensive analysis of risk assessment observations and the recommended mitigation plans to reduce potential security threats.
A set of case studies examines security issues faced by specific industry sectors including airports, industrial facilities and hospitals, and the market applications offered by Honeywell intelligent solutions.
“Similar to our Fire Solutions manual, the Security Solutions Guide has been produced in conjunction with current British Standard recommendations with up-to-date and relevant information for those involved in the specification of security solutions,” says John Leahy, National Marketing Leader. “The document recognises the increased security threats encountered by highly populated organisations and simplifies the difficulties in ensuring the best technology is supplied to meet differing and changing demands.”
Copies of the Security Solutions Guide are available free of charge by calling 0870 600 1659.
