Take advantage of RoSPA’s expert advice at Europe’s leading health and safety exhibition

Health and safety representatives from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) will be once again bringing their wealth of expertise to Europe’s leading exhibition for workplace accident and ill-health prevention, as the successful event moves to London for the first time.

This year, Safety and Health Expo, will be held at London’s ExCeL Exhibition Centre – from Tuesday, June 17 to Thursday, June 19 – giving visitors a bigger and better experience, and RoSPA experts will be on hand at their new-look stand (M2250) to brief health and safety professionals on a full range of workplace and fleet safety services.

What’s more, RoSPA’s Occupational Health and Safety Awards celebrations will take place alongside the exhibition in Excel’s Platinum Suite on June 17.

RoSPA, a charity which has almost 100 years’ experience in the field, will be giving a whole host of advice and information at Safety and Health Expo, allowing professionals to ensure the highest standards of health and safety within their workplaces.

Visitors to the stand, which has been revamped with a new design and layout, will get the opportunity to make the most out of their day with new Stop ‘n’ Learn sessions, running every hour on the hour between 11am and 3pm.

The 15-minute topical and insightful training tasters are a new feature for this year. Professionals will receive useful advice and information on topics including tips on how to answer key questions in NEBOSH – National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health – exams, safe manual handling, fleet safety, safety audits and directors’ responsibility.
Meanwhile, free one-to-one “Ask the Expert” sessions are also available during the three-day event, in which visitors can discuss any issues they are facing with an experienced Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) safety professional. To book a slot visit www.rospa.com/expo2014/form.htm

There will be some top prizes up for grabs, such as a full classroom-based NEBOSH Diploma, up to 25 per cent off training courses booked on-stand, and by signing up for RoSPA membership on-stand, visitors will be entitled to three months’ free membership.

RoSPA is proud to be part of Safety and Health Expo in London and will be paying homage to the capital by offering an iPad mini to the lucky winner of a London-inspired competition.
